a solid choice downtown
great locationbreakfast varietyfriendly valetnoisy ice maker
the location worked great for walking to attractions. the complimentary breakfast was nice (i especially liked the variety of options!). valet parking with demarion was quick and friendly too. he helped with our luggage and made the arrival easy.
the ice maker in the fridge was noisy, so we had to disconnect it at night so we could sleep. it kept starting up otherwise, and it got pretty disruptive.

valet parking offered convenient service, though the library garage nearby provided cheaper parking. the hotel features a gym with cardio machines and some free weights. guests can use business center services.

demarion at valet was efficient and helpful with luggage assistance upon arrival. staff members looked friendly and responded to requests at the front desk. the front desk provided assistance with general inquiries.

the hotel is situated within walking distance of lower broad entertainment district. ryman auditorium and the public library are also nearby for easy access. several downtown museums are within a short walk.

our suite included a full kitchen with necessary utensils and a refrigerator. the layout had a separate living room area in addition to the bedroom. air conditioning maintained a cool temperature in the suite.
